Our return policy allows you to return only those products purchased by you directly from us on www.posterbunny.com with a money-back guarantee, subject to the below.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Return the product to our address indicated by us (after contacting us at), support@www.posterbunny.com), within 30 calendar days from receiving the relevant product(s) – your name and original purchase details must be indicated, PLEASE NOTE that, in case of a cosmetic/aesthetic issue (scratch, dent, etc.) from the manufacturer, the issue must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Return the product(s) in a good and unused condition, the product must be undamaged, in its original packaging. Please note, an opened package will not be refunded.

• Ensure that all items and accessories, manuals, and documentation originally included in the product’s package, and/or in your order, are included in your returned package.

• For all the above, to return your product, please contact us at support@www.posterbunny.com with the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the Product while it is in transit to the Company. The Product returned will be inspected when it arrives at Particula facilities, and any/all refunds shall be subject to any damages that occurred. The time to credit the refund amount to your account may vary depending on processing time. Particula reserves the final authority to assess the return and refund eligibility of the product. 

• Purchases from kickstarter.com and indiegogo.com are NOT included in this category (please find below).

KickStarter and Ingigogo orders

For all purchases from kickstarter.com and indiegogo.com, we offer a one-year warranty, as detailed in the warranty policy section. Please note that refunds will not be provided by the Company for these purchases.

Cancellation before dispatch

All orders are automatically processed and dispatched for shipment. During this process, we may incur non-reversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be modified occasionally, we cannot make changes free of charge after a certain point. Our cancellation before dispatch policy is as follows:

• If the order is canceled before the dispatch of goods, the Company will provide a 100% refund.

• If you wish to cancel, please contact us at support@www.posterbunny.com with the receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the cancellation.

 

Please email us at support@www.posterbunny.com to receive further information and instructions with respect to shipping returned products,. We may also request you to provide us with additional information regarding your purchase, such as your name, your purchase number (or other information related to your original purchase). Kindly note that any expenses related to the shipping of returned products shall be borne solely by you. We also note that shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are non-refundable, and that a refund, to the extent applicable, shall only be up to the actual amount paid for the product itself.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a reasonable number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

In case the returned product does not qualify for a refund, for example, if it is in used condition, in case or if some of the original accessories are missing, Particula Ltd. retains the right to refuse providing a refund, in which case we will contact you and notify you.
